LIFE FOUNDATIONS AND MAKEOVER
Your life foundations and makeover classes include physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation to release your true Essence of Beauty. Moms & daughters can join at any point in the sequence following a Beauty Bootcamp to get you started. Completion of the sequence includes a final makeover camp, portrait session, and declaration (reveal) ceremony of your transformation, and pledge as a Defining Young Women!

BEAUTY MAKEOVER
A woman's self-esteem is often based on the lies we believe. The first secret of beauty is inner healing. The second is in discovering the makeup techniques used by the professionals! Your supplies include a full beauty analysis, customized makeup "toolbox" and a beauty makeover.
FASHION OVERHAUL
You'll discover your signature style, fashion mistakes to avoid, and how to dress like a million bucks on a thrift store budget. Yes, ladies, we will be shopping as you learn to create your high fashion signature style for pennies on the dollar!
HEALTH & NUTRITION
Are you trying to lose weight, get in shape, or just eat healthy but you're lost in a sea of diet gimmicks?
You'll learn real nutrition, healthy menu planning, and meal prep to reach your optimal health, weight, and fitness goals for you and your future family.

FITNESS & SELF-IMAGE
Diet and nutrition are only part of your overall health. TEOB incorporates lifestyle fitness with trainers who know how to maximize fun & effectiveness!
Your transformation portfolio includes your year-long body transformation with before and after results!

ESSENCE OF BEAUTY - LITE
Essence of Beauty - LITE is for moms and daughters ages 12-18 as a shared right of passage in preparation for adulthood.
This Biblically-based, year-long program is broken into six units, a Beauty BootCamp, and a final Reveal Camp & Ceremony. Each six-week unit develops another layer of inner strength, grace, and maturity required to grow into defining young women of beauty, wisdom, and stature.

TRANSFORMATION YEAR
Real-Life Series + Core Makeover Program
Essence of Beauty - LITE is a mom & daughter class for middle and high school girls to strengthen relationships, build lifetime memories, develop your best self, and lay the foundations for happy, healthy lives! High School students who are unable to attend with their mom will be matched with a mentor. Graduates of EOB LITE are eligible for a scholarship to complete the full Essence of Beauty program.
$300 each class regular
Moms & Daughters Classes include 2-for-1 tuition, excluding materials fees, and supplies. There are five, six-week units and two camps. Beauty BootCamp and Reveal Camp each count as a unit.
